Middle-weight Interior Architectural Designer, London, UK – Permanent
A Middle weight Interior Architectural Designer, with a minimum of 5 years experience. Applicants from an architectural background with interiors and soft furnishings experience are welcome. Some supervision of junior design staff is required by the role.
FF & E Interior Designer, London, UK - Permanent
An FF&E Interior Designer to assist the design teams. A minimum of 4+ years experience of high end/luxury projects in both the Commercial and Residential sectors. Including experience in AutoCAD and Photoshop. Floor and spatial planning essential. Role includes: planning; from concept stage to handover, designing space, creating sample boards, procurement, purchase orders/specification sheets and generally assisting on all aspects of the interior design process. Applicants with elegant taste, exceptional organisational and communication skills.
FF & E Assistant, London, UK - Permanent

Graphics Junior, London, UK -Freelance
A Graphics Junior Assistant to assist the graphics department. A bright, articulate Graduate with 1/2 years of industry experience and excellent presentation skills. Must process advance use of Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Key skills for all design positions include: Strong presentation skills, good sketching skills, AutoCAD, excellent attention to detail, communication and ideally PhotoShop experience. All applicants must submit samples of their work.
Financial Controller – Permanent
David Collins Studio is seeking a hard working proactive Financial Controller to create and maintain a proactive and strategically motivated Finance Department. The role includes: Financial reporting to the management team and Senior Designers; Analysis of the books; Monitoring the performance of each department; Educating and involving staff in delivering projects to budget; Day to day financial management including purchase ledger, invoicing, credit control, payroll, tax accounts, treasury management, purchase ledger, VAT return, cash flow, etc; Auditing and overseeing all tax and regulatory/compliance issues; Management of Ledger Clerk.
You will be qualified to Chartered Accountant (FCCA) level (or equivalent), degree desirable, though business acumen and experience are more relevant and familiar in the following software packages: Sage Line 50, Excel, Word- minimum 55 WPM. Salary on request.
Ledger Clerk, London, UK - Permanent
David Collins Studio seeks a hard working, efficient Ledger Clerk to assist the Financial Controller ensure efficient running of the Finance Department. This position is accountable for creating journal entries and assembling supporting documentation, as well as for creating portions of the financial statements and writing related disclosures.
A minimum 2 years Ledger Clerk experience is required. Only candidates qualified up to AAT Intermediate or ACCA Foundation will be considered. Candidates must be familiar in the following software packages: Sage Line 50, Excel, Word- minimum 55 WPM. Salary on request.
Receptionist
An energetic, articulate receptionist to manage our busy front of house. Duties include answering the main switchboard, distribution of post, maintaining conference room facilities and general office duties. There will be ad hoc assistance to the rest of the administrative team as necessary.
Key skills for all administrative positions include: Exceptional organisational skills and an ability to multi-task, excellent administrative skills, in respect of MS office and Excel including a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
